Multi-Access Window Cleaning Solutions
Transparent Access provides professional window cleaning services for commercial and high-rise buildings, using a range of access techniques to suit each site. Our team assesses every building individually to determine the safest and most effective method, ensuring outstanding results with minimal disruption.

Every building is different. That’s why we utilise multiple access methods to safely and efficiently clean windows at all heights and configurations.
ROPE ACCESS (ABSEILING)
Rope access allows our technicians to reach complex façades and high-rise structures where traditional equipment may be impractical. This method is efficient, cost-effective, and ideal for buildings with limited ground access.
BUILDING MAINTAINENCE UNIT
(BMU)
Where on-site BMUs are installed, our trained operators use these systems to carry out controlled and consistent window cleaning across façades. This method is commonly used on large commercial buildings and towers.
MECHANICAL HIGH RISK WORK
We use a variety of EWPs depending on site requirements, including:

-
High Risk Platforms
-
Spider Lifts
-
Knuckle Booms
-
Self levelling EWPs

These platforms are ideal for low to mid-rise buildings, podiums, and areas requiring precise positioning.
PURE WATER TECHNOLOGY
Pure water window cleaning uses filtered, deionised water to leave glass spotless and streak-free. This method can be performed:

-
From the ground using telescopic poles
-
At height via rope access

It is an environmentally friendly solution and particularly effective for regular maintenance cleaning.

All window cleaning services are carried out by fully trained technicians in compliance with Australian safety standards.
